All prices are exclusive of Tax, chargeable at 17.5% for the first 28 days stay and at the equivalent of 3.5% thereafter. Minimum stay 7 days. Any booking for fewer than seven nights is subject to a short let fee, which will be added to your invoice - these bookings are only accepted at least 7-10 days before the proposed arrival date. Short let fee is 50% of nightly rate excluding VAT.

Situated just off Piccadilly in a beautifully converted building are a selection of modern 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with a light and airy feeling. The flats are also close to Green Park and its tube station as well as the cafes, restaurants and shops of Bond Street and the surrounding area
The apartments consist of:

Lounge/Dining room: Fully furnished lounge equipped with cable television, VCR, stereo, telephone, sofa bed, dining table.
Kitchen: Washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, traditional dinner sets, glassware, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board.

Situated in the heart of Mayfair, surrounded by the wonderful attractions that London has to offer. Shaw House is the ultimate in luxurious accommodation, previously the home of world famous author William Somerset Maughan.
The flats have all been totally refurbished and are lavishly furnished as well as being 7-11 spacious; they offer unsurpassable quality and comfort whether it is a one bedroom apartment or a large family four bedroom apartment. All apartments are fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV/ video, CD/stereo system, as well as a television in the master bedroom. Flats are serviced 5 davs a week (7 days by special arrangement).
This period building has a resident house manager and manageress and a video entry phone system. A complementary video film service is also available as well as a number of other extras to ensure that our clients enjoy a comfortable stay, 24 hour security is provided throughout the Summer season.
The lower ground floor offers all our clients complementary use of a health studio and sauna. For VIP club members residing in our apartments who have any specific requirements, please inform us when making your booking.
